A: First, you have to confirm the materials, including: PP non-woven, PET non-woven, cotton canvas, organic fiber cloth, etc. Then, we move to the step of designs, you could send us your own designs or make a reference of our bags. At last we move to make confirmation of the printings, you¡¯re suggested to send the printing in AI or CDR Format, meanwhile, we can also make out the printings according to your request.
Finally, we could make out a sample for approval, once we get your confirmation, the bulk production will be proceeded.

| 2. What¡¯s the difference between Organic Fiber and normal non-nonwoven clothes? |
A: Organic Fiber cloth is brand new material created in recent years, they're widely used in the industry of package, food and so on. The raw materials come from the organic soybean fiber, corn fiber, can be biodegradable in the nature, won't cause any pollution to the environment, organic fiber is a completely clean packing material. |
| 3. How about the production process? How to command the quality control? |
A: The production process includes: cloth cutting, printing, sewing, packing, we will proceed strict quality control inspections all through the process. We will check the color and weight firstly, in the printing and sewing procedure, we will do random inspections. Finally, we will proceed the full inspection during packing, to insure the bags fit the customer's requirements before shipping. |
| 4. How long is the delivery time? What types of shipment are available to choose? |
A: The sampling delivery time will be 5 to 7 days, depends on the materials and printings. After receiving the approval of samples, the bulk products delivery time will be 15 days (within 20,000 pcs), 20 days (within 50,000 pcs). If urgent, we can ship out your products in advance according to your request. Transportations we use the seaway, airway shipping, also Express is available. |
| 5. How about the payment terms? |
A: T/T payment term will be our primary choice: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance will be collected before shipping. Also , L/C, D/P terms will be acceptable. |
| 6. Could I get the bags earlier in a hurry? |
A: The Lead Time will be 15 to 20 days after the sample¡¯s approval, if clients need to get the bags earlier, we can reduce the lead time according to your conditions. We need to get through of the designs firstly, and confirm the samples by photos, which save about 7 days. About the delivery, advise to choose the airway or express so as to reach your expectation in time.
